Thank you for shopping with Blue Haven. Below are all details regarding order processing, shipping methods, tracking, and what to expect for both handmade items and pre-owned/vintage pieces.
1. Order Processing Time
Handmade Items
Our handmade leather goods and accessories require 1–3 business days to prepare for shipment.
Custom or made-to-order items may need 3–7 business days depending on the complexity of the work.
Pre-Owned / Vintage Items
Pre-owned and vintage goods ship within 1–2 business days since they are ready for immediate dispatch.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
If any significant delay arises, we will notify you as soon as possible.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:
- Shipping destination
- Package size and weight
- Selected shipping method
Free-shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will appear at checkout.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship using major carriers, including:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Typical transit times:
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
- Express: 1–2 business days
Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
4. International Shipping
Blue Haven ships worldwide unless restricted by international regulations.
Estimated transit times:
- Standard International: 7–21 business days
- Expedited International: 4–10 business days
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for all:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
These are not included in your purchase price.
We cannot mark items as gifts or alter customs values.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A link to monitor shipping progress
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update, especially during peak seasons or holiday periods.
6. Wrong Address / Address Issues
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate.
- If your order has not shipped, contact us immediately to update the address.
- If the order has already shipped, we cannot alter the address, and Blue Haven is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may be reshipped after payment of a reshipping fee.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once tracking shows “Delivered,” the package is considered completed and fulfilled.
Blue Haven is not responsible for:
- Stolen packages
- Packages delivered to the wrong address by the carrier
- Packages lost after a confirmed delivery scan
If your package appears lost in transit (no delivery), contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier investigation.
8. Damaged During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the product and packaging
We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the situation.
9. Multiple Shipments
Orders containing both handmade and pre-owned items may be shipped separately for faster processing.
Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
