Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase—whether it’s a brand-new handmade leather item or a carefully curated vintage piece. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.
  • All accessories, tags, and original packaging (if applicable) must be included.

Special Rules by Category

✔️ New Handmade Items (wallets, bags, accessories, etc.)

  • Must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective.

✔️ Pre-Owned / Vintage / Used Items

Because every pre-owned item is one-of-a-kind and may naturally show age or wear:

  • Returns are accepted only if the item does not match the listing description or photos.
  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., “changed my mind,” “doesn’t fit,” or “not my style”) is not eligible for return on pre-owned items.
  • Please review photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Exchanges

 

  • New handmade items: Exchanges allowed within 30 days, subject to stock availability.
  • Pre-owned/vintage items: Because each item is unique, exchanges are not available, but you may request a return only if the item was misrepresented.

 

 

 

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post it.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Pre-owned/vintage items returned for reasons other than misrepresentation
  • Items with wear or damage not caused by us
  • Items missing original components

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days
  • Include photos and your order number

We will repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation.

 

6. Return Shipping

  • Customer-choice returns (for new handmade items) → customer pays return shipping
  • Misrepresented pre-owned items or defective products → we cover return shipping

 

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after tracking shows “delivered.”

If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly.
